Danoffice IT ApS acquires Businessmann A/S. Danoffice IT ApS is a global supplier of IT infrastructure with DKK 3.3 billion revenue (2023) and more than 300 employees. Danoffice IT has HQ in Svendborg, Denmark as well as offices in 5 countries. Businessmann A/S, with HQ in Glostrup, Denmark, is an almost 30-year-old IT-company with 35 employees and provider of high-end IT-infrastructure services including managed services and innovative AI-offerings.
