Epico-IT A/S acquires Twins Consulting ApS. Epico, founded in 2009, is a Danish IT consultancy with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Poland, and a network of 13,000+ IT specialists. Twins Consulting, established in 2002 and headquartered in Denmark, specializes in headhunting and recruitment of freelance IT professionals for leading clients in the financial sector. This acquisition marks a strategic step in Epico’s ambition to strengthen its position within the financial, pension, and insurance sectors. Twins Consulting will retain its name and continue offering services within IT freelancing and recruitment as part of the Epico group, while gaining access to Epico’s extensive Nordic infrastructure, global specialist network, and broader service portfolio. LNP Corporate Finance advised the seller.
