C.A.G. Group AB acquires Cadeia AB. C.A.G. Group AB is a Swedish IT–company listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market with revenue of SEK 533 mill (FY2020) and approx. 370 employees. Cadeia AB is a specialist in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Corporate Performance Management, with key competences within Microsoft BI and the CPM platform Jedox. Cadeia AB has approx. 20 employees with revenue of SEK +20 mill for FY2019/2020 with an EBIT of SEK 3,5 mill. Cadeia AB becomes part of C.A.G.
