Visiolit AS acquires Easify AS. Visolit is a fast-growing Nordic technology group with 1160 employees in 16 locations. Easify AS, estab. in 1987, with revenue of approx. NOK 120 mill. and 50 employees in 4 offices in Norway. Easify AS has extensive experience in the development and delivery of cloud services, consulting, payment services and products, meeting room and document management solution. The merge will bring additional long term customer relations and customer closeness to Visiolit and new services and cloud capabilities to Easify´s customers according to Group CEO Terje Mjøs, Visiolit and CEO Erik Goard, Easify.
