Visiolit AS acquires Easify AS. Visolit is a fast-growing Nordic technology group with 1160 employees in 16 locations.  Easify AS, estab. in 1987, with revenue of  approx. NOK 120 mill. and 50 employees in 4 offices in Norway. Easify AS has extensive experience in the development and delivery of cloud services, consulting, payment services and products, meeting room and document management solution. The merge will bring additional long term customer relations and customer closeness to Visiolit and new services and cloud capabilities to Easify´s customers according to Group CEO Terje Mjøs, Visiolit and CEO Erik Goard, Easify. Epico-IT A/S acquires Twins Consulting ApS. Epico, founded in 2009, is a Danish IT consultancy with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Poland, and a network of 13,000+ IT specialists. Twins Consulting, established in 2002 and headquartered in Denmark, specializes in headhunting and recruitment of freelance IT professionals for leading clients in the financial sector. This acquisition marks a strategic step in Epico’s ambition to strengthen its position within the financial, pension, and insurance sectors. Twins Consulting will retain its name and continue offering services within IT freelancing and recruitment as part of the Epico group, while gaining access to Epico’s extensive Nordic infrastructure, global specialist network, and broader service portfolio.
