SAC-IT A/S acquires Jysk IT Partner ApS. SAC-IT is a Danish company with HQ in the Greater Copenhagen area that specializes in providing secure and flexible IT operations. SAC IT is part of JM Holding 2 ApS a group of IT-companies with an aggregated revenue of DKK +500 mill. Jysk IT Partner ApS, located in the Northwestern part of Denmark, is a full-service provider of IT-infrastructure services and solutions to local customers in the SME-segment. Twins Consulting, established in 2002 and headquartered in Denmark, specializes in headhunting and recruitment of freelance IT professionals for leading clients in the financial sector. This acquisition marks a strategic step in Epico’s ambition to strengthen its position within the financial, pension, and insurance sectors. Twins Consulting will retain its name and continue offering services within IT freelancing and recruitment as part of the Epico group, while gaining access to Epico’s extensive Nordic infrastructure, global specialist network, and broader service portfolio.
