Volaris acquires TimeSolutions A/S

IntraNote A/S, a Volaris Group company, has acquired TimeSolutions A/S. Volaris Group Inc., headquartered in Canada, is part of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), a publicly listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange with revenues exceeding USD 10 billion and more than 65,000 employees worldwide. Founded in 2008, TimeSolutions is the company behind TimeView, a time tracking and planning system developed for the accounting industry. Through this transaction, IntraNote and TimeSolutions combine their expertise to strengthen their offering to accountants. Together, they will be able to deliver an even more comprehensive and attractive suite of products and solutions, and with this acquisition, TimeSolutions is now well positioned for continued growth as part of IntraNote and the Volaris Group. Twins Consulting, established in 2002 and headquartered in Denmark, specializes in headhunting and recruitment of freelance IT professionals for leading clients in the financial sector.
