Exsitec AB acquires BrightCom Solutions AB. Exsitec AB, listed on OMX Nasdaq Stockholm with headquarter in Lindköping Sweden, is a Nordic leader in business systems and digital transformation. BrightCom Solutions AB, based in southern Sweden, has over 150 clients and focuses on e-commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The total deal value of SEK 176 million has been published. The strategic merger will strengthen Exsitec’s digital solutions for the Nordic market by adding Microsoft business systems to its portfolio. Read more in the media .
