Calviks AB (publ) acquires Pro4u AB

Calviks AB (publ) acquires Pro4u AB. Calviks, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is a Nordic provider of competence and consultancy services across IT and business solutions. Pro4u, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Stockholm, is a leading consultancy provider within IT and business consulting, expected to reach FY2025 revenue of SEK 160 million and EBITDA of SEK 7 million. Calviks acquires 100% of Pro4u for an initial consideration of SEK 44.9 million, with additional earn-outs of up to SEK 36 million linked to EBIT performance for 2026-2028. Pro4u will operate as a standalone subsidiary under its existing leadership, ensuring continuity for customers and supporting growth across Sweden and the Nordic region. Read more in the media.
