Evidi AS acquires NaviPro AB. Evidi is a leading Nordic Microsoft Partner within ERP, CRM, Business Analytics and Azure. After the acquisition of NaviPro, Evidi will have a revenue of approx. 800 mNOK in 2024 and 520 employees. NaviPro is a leading Swedish Microsoft partner with over 25 years of experience in delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for fashion, retail, and e-commerce. NaviPro has 54 employees with offices in Borås, Gothenburg, and Stockholm. NaviPro is privately owned with a revenue of 76 mSEK in 2023. Read more in media. LNP Corporate Finance advised the seller.

Twins Consulting, established in 2002 and headquartered in Denmark, specializes in headhunting and recruitment of freelance IT professionals for leading clients in the financial sector. This acquisition marks a strategic step in Epico’s ambition to strengthen its position within the financial, pension, and insurance sectors. Twins Consulting will retain its name and continue offering services within IT freelancing and recruitment as part of the Epico group, while gaining access to Epico’s extensive Nordic infrastructure, global specialist network, and broader service portfolio.
