PLAYipp AB acquires Databeat.Net AS. PLAYipp, backed by the leading Nordic software growth investor Monterro, is a Swedish SaaS-company with HQ in Gävle, that specializes in Digital Signage solutions, and is a trusted supplier to over 3,000 businesses. Databeat.Net AS, established in 1998 and located in Oslo, is a niched SaaS-company, and leading player in the digital signage market in Norway with revenues of NOK +23 mill in 2022.
