ECIT AS acquires INVIXO Consulting Group A/S. ECIT AS, with NOK 4.7 billion revenue (LTM Q1 2025) and 2,800 employees, supports a large customer base with accounting, payroll, and IT services. INVIXO, with approx. 60 employees and two offices in Denmark, is a consultancy specialising in IT integration and data solutions. Founded in 2015, INVIXO delivers consulting services and proprietary software products and expects revenue of DKK +70 million in 2025. With this transaction, in which ECIT acquires 60% of INVIXO, ECIT strengthens its Business Solutions division, which focuses on streamlining and adapting business processes across industries.
