B3 Consulting Group AB acquires Habberstad AS. B3 Consulting Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is a leading Swedish IT and management consultancy specializing in cloud solutions, system development, and digital strategies. Habberstad, with 40 employees and 2024 revenue of NOK 78.6 million (EBIT NOK 5.36 million), provides expertise in leadership, recruitment, and digital transformation. B3 acquires 51% of Habberstad for SEK 15.8 million, with the remaining 49% ownership subject to a four-year earn-out. Habberstad will operate as a subsidiary under its existing leadership and retain its name with “Habberstad – part of B3 Consulting Group”. Read more about it in the media.
