CCIT Group A/S acquires Logos Consult A/S 

CCIT Group A/S, backed by Pride Capital Partners, acquires Logos Consult A/S. CCIT Group is a Danish IT group with annual revenue of DKK 750 million, investing in specialised IT and technology companies and building a strong position within ERP, AI and automation. Logos Consult, founded almost 30 years ago, with a revenue of approximately DKK 30 million, and based in Denmark, is an ERP specialist focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with strong customer relationships and extensive industry expertise. Through the acquisition, Logos Consult becomes part of CCIT Group’s growing ERP & AI business, gaining access to broader capabilities and resources. This strengthens Logos Consult’s ability to further develop its offering while maintaining its existing management, employees, name and brand, and supports CCIT Group’s ambition to build a leading Danish ERP & AI business.
